How can I find out if I already have an account?
It's not possible to check if you have already created an account. If you're unsure we recommend using the password reset page. If you recieve an email then you will have an account, if not then it's likely you don't. Please remember to check your email junk/spam folders.

I'm seeing the error 'Login details are not recognised'
This error will display when either your email address has not been found on our system, or your password is incorrect, or both. We recommend resetting your password if you have an existing account, or creating a new account using the access code you were provided with.

I'm seeing the error 'Access code not recognised'
The access code you have entered is invalid. In most cases this is becuase the access code has been misstyped or it contains an uneccessary character (such a space, full-stop or period before or after). If you have typed that access code, ensure characters such as I (uppercase i) and L or O (letter) and 0 (number) are not confused. We always recommend that you copy and paste the access code from the document provided by your trainer.

I haven't received the reset password email
It can take up to a few minutes for the email to be sent and arrive in your inbox. Please remember to check your junk/spam folders if you have not recieved the email. If you still haven't received an email it maybe becuase there isn't an account associated with that email address. In this case, please double check that your email address is correct.

I need help. How can I report an issue or bug?
Before reporting an issue, we ask that you ensure you're running the latest version of Google Chrome (macOS, Windows, iOS and Android), Safari (on macOS and iOS) or Firefox (macOS and Windows). Older browser versions, including Internet Explorer, may present incompatibility issues.
If you believe you have found a bug with our site or continue to experience and issue, please contact your workshop trainer in the first instance. If they are unable to help they will pass it on to our technical team.
In order for us to investigate the issue we need to replicate the problem you have experienced. Please copy and paste the following questions, along with your answers, into your email query to your trainer:
- Please describe the problem you are experiencing in as much detail as possible. Include any error messages which are displayed.
- What is the address of the web page this problem occurred? (Copy and paste from your browser)
- What is your email address?
- Please visit whatsmybrowser.org and copy and paste the link provided. This provides us with diagnostic information about your browser.
- If possible and applicable, please provide a screenshot of the page, error or problem.
Once this information has been passed on by your trainer we will investigate it as soon as possible. We may contact you with follow up questions if necessary.
